Our old ferry is finally back again, the M.V Quinsam was in dry dock for several months in order to complete some engine and other internal upgrades. In October she will be gone again and this time the passenger lounges and washrooms will be upgraded.

Beautiful shots of the ripples from the wake of the ferry, Sarah-Page!
It must be fun to ride on a ferry every once in a while. What does admission cost?
Hi Nancy
Thanks, I didn't know if they had turned out or not until I got home as they were taken just before docking and I had to hold my arm over the railing and take them 'blindly' !
And Clay
I love taking the ferry, it is a peaceful way to start and end my days...as I take it every day to get to school. You pay on one side and it costs $9 to walk on, (students are free, thank God!!), to take your car is much more expensive but I cannot remember the price...
'I EEP OFF RAILINGS'
how great was that to see!
wonderful shots.
